Google Workspace / Gmail Integration Data
In Short: We collect and store OAuth tokens to send campaigns via your Gmail account if you choose to connect it.
If you connect your Google Workspace account to PressFlow to send email campaigns, we collect and store OAuth tokens to authenticate on your behalf. Specifically:
- We request the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.sendscope to send emails on your behalf based on the campaigns you initiate. - We request the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.emailscope to identify your connected email address. - We do not request read access to your inbox. We do not read, delete, or organize your incoming emails or contacts. The connection is used exclusively for outbound sending of your PressFlow pitches and campaigns. Other Data
Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.
Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in section 6 below.

11. Controls For Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognising or honouring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
